No Spare Key - Episode 2/73

I'll be posting complaints against Peugeot South Africa Northcliff following on from every previous complaint until this is resolved. Along with a "Blog" of every communication between myself and Rickey and the Non existent Dealer Principle. I am limited to 1 complaint every 5 days. In 1 year they will get from me personally 73 complaints.

Here we go again:
14 Jan 2013 - Logged initial complaint on Hellopeter
14 Jan 2013 - Suppliers response forwarding message to DP
No response
19 Jan 2013 - I SMS Rickey saying I am picking up key and make sure DP is available. Response 'Hi no problem my DP will be in by 9am...'
19 Jan 2013 - I arrive at Peugeot. No DP. No key. More excuses. I Request that Monday they figure out the key and latest Wednesday they send the car to BMW to get new spare key. Or at least have a plan.
23 Jan 2013 - No key. No excuses. No communication.
Silence...

Watch out for my next installment on the 28th Jan. This list will grow Peugeot, have fun!
