AWAITING SPARE KEY FOR 1 YEAR 3 MONTHS

I purchased my Peugeot 308 1.6 premium in March 2012. I did not receive a spare key as I was informed that spare where finished and that they would order one for me and call me in a few weeks to bring the car in for the key to be programmed. I have been calling and speaking to Dylan Peperell for the past year now and all I seem to receive are promises and no delivery. I took my car in for service in March this year and I was promised that my spare key would be available. when I dropped off the car I was only given excuses and no explanation as to why the key were not made available.

I have tried everything in my power to get the spare key which I am entitled to but Dylan is just not interested in helping me. Should I now lose the only key I have, I really do not know what I will do in the circumstances. I really need some assistance as this kind of customer service is really disturbing. at this point I am even thinking of going onto social networks and boycotting Peugeot or warn people who are considering purchasing a Peugeot about their bad service.

I am a fan of Peugeot but I am really disappointed in them

Please someone assist me as I am now desperate for my spare key.
