I obtained a quotation on 8 October. Made payment on 9 October at which time I was assured the goods would be collected and delivered the following day being 10 October. It is now 14 October and no delivery has been made. when querying this with the office, Bronwyn was not aware that the delivery hadn't been done even though we had communicated at length the previous week and she was fully aware of the urgency. On Saturday morning 12 October, I desperately tried to contact someone at Fastway only to be met with an answering service stating their working hours are Monday to Friday. Over and above all the above, when a courier was finally despatched to collect the goods, I received a complaint from the company from which it was collected regarding the very bad attitude of the courier. As if that wasn't bad enough, he was then instructed by Fastway to return the goods to the supplier as they were sending a different courier to collect it! I then received a call from an unknown company in the area of my supplier requesting directions to the collection point as the new courier could now not find the address! Overall incompetence all round!! Still no delivery!
