We ordered AVON products (as representatives) which were meant to be delivered at our address by the courier. The courier guy ARRIVED to find there was no body available to sign for the goods at our place. Not once did the courier company cal to arrange delivery to find out if we would be at home they just arrived. We had to be informed by neighbors that they were there. It has been a week and still no contact from the courier about our parcel and AVON is STILL charging us for the non recived goods as the online feature shows the goods as being shipped!
