My friends used another courier company and I unfortunately used Fastway to get my Passport, visa application, photos and money to the Moroccan embassy for a visa application.
The Fastway system recorded that a signature had been obtained from a Simon. After 2 weeks, I contacted the embassy to find out about my visa application. It was not received. My friends' applicationw were received.
After numerous calls and Fastway staff stating that they have delivered, therefore they have done their jobs, it was found delivery was made after hours to a security who isn't fluent in English. It cannot be established whether or if it was taken into the embassy office. The embassy has never experienced a situation where a courier company delivers after hours by dropping /posting important documents.
Door to door delivery means getting it to the right person.
My passport etc are still missing, my tickets paid for and Fastway doesn't call me. A Lucas from Pretoria refuses to record my number, instead he insists I call if I need to.
