I WANT MY REFUND

On the the 11/10/2013 at 22:38:17 I went to the Engen Restonvale to go buy UniPin electricity. I had just withdrawn money for the ATM and went to go buy the electricity with 2 R50 notes, I asked the gentlemen by the name of Oupa for R100 UniPin electricity. The Oupa gentleman gave me R50 electricity instead which I unfortunately did not pay attention to and left. On the 12th when I was inputting the electricity I then realised that I had been given the wrong voucher, I then went back to the Restonvale Motors Engen where I was told Oupa and management are not available and I was requested to return the next day at around 7pm when Oupa was available. I could not however meet this request, so I went at around 8pm on the 14th. The person I there was the exact gentleman I found the previous day, he told me that he asked Oupa about this issue and he confirmed that he was over by R50 on the day, the gentleman then called Mohammed (management) who then said he would look at the tape and get back to me, today I received a call telling me "there is nothing they can do". It was confirmed to me by the consultants that a R50 was over on the day by Oupa, so why cant I be refunded my money
