The couriers missed the the delivery date of Friday. However I received a call at about 19:00 apologizing for this and arranging for delivery at my residential address the following morning (Saturday). At about 20:00 I received a call from the driver to confirm at what time I would like delivery. Delivery was made the following morning promptly at the agreed time.
I can honestly say that it has been a long time since I experienced service delivery of this level.
This will be my prefered courier in the future.
