Car Service City Fourways has had my car for over 3 weeks now, first it was a gearbox recon and then they put another engine in.
I was told that the car would be ready Friday at 5pm, I arrived there and it was still in pieces, so I left it and was told Saturday morning by Peter that it would be ready by 13:00.
Peter called at 13:00 saying the car was all sorted and it was just going for a wash and I could get it at 13:30. I arrived at 13:30, they had not put my original aircon pump on and the car was making a bad noise, I drove the car and the gearbox still does not sound right and you have to put the car into reverse to get it into first gear. The oil filter is also damaged and they also did not even regass the aircon.
Is there no quality checking of work, it seems like your staff do just what they want and expect a client to be happy with a half job.
I have wasted so much time and airtime trying to get answers out of Peter, but it seems like he just does not have the leadership or management skills to run such a shop and to follow up with customers and quality of work.
