Bad customer service

I called Dinamic Motor Spares on Monday 13-01-2013 at 16:40 to ask for quotation for a Water pump and Radiator for my car and the lady who answered the phone was so rude to me. She told me that she was busy with a customer and hung up the phone. I was so surprised by this and decided to call back to ask why did she hung up on me as I'm also a customer and her response was: "Hey, I told you I was busy, you should call after 10 minutes" Then I said but I'm also a customer and she said: "Hey wena, there are customers who are most important than you fotsek! " by then she was raising her voice at me and she hung up again. I ended up crying after speaking to her, my heart was so painful to think that someone could speak that kind of language on the phone to a customer! That lady is very unprofessional and I wonder how she managed to get that job with this kind of attitude. I am very sad and heartbroken and don't think I'll ever set my foot again in that shop, their manager need to teach them good customer service or else fire them and look for new staff.
