I spoke to a lady called Palesa regarding internet settings I would like sent to my samsung galaxy young s5360, and she spoke really quickly that it became a barrier towards our communication, she then hung up on me, i called again, to speak to another consultant and before she could help, i was hung up apon again. This problem persisted and I ended up having to call them once more, until I had the main male voice saying, I have exceeded the number of times I should call the call centre, and any more calls bieng requested for the colustants, I would then have to pay for... I have been with Vodacom for 7 years now, and I have NEVER been so neglected before by them, I have no idea how and why they suddenly changed the way they do things, but im so disapointed that im considering leaving them for another network
