I called in on Thursday to place an order for 3 REAL DEAL pizzas at Debonairs Craighall Park (the Colony) and the service i recieved was not only bad but it was the WORST, i spoke to Cynthia who was suppose to take my order, the phone call lasted for over 5 min just for getting the order right, it took forever to take down the address even though i gave her the spelling and everything but it didnt make any difference. I then asked to speak to someone else who could asssit me better and she answered me back with an attitude saying i can speak to hear everyone is busy. After some time STILL STRUGGLING to write everything down she eventually hung up the phone.
I called in the 2nd time and it was the same procedure i had to go through again. She eventually put the phone aside to call someone to assist she didnt even bother to notify me that i was to be assisted by someone else.
Apparently my order ended up not being taken and they claimed i hung up LIKE REALLY NOW!
I had to ask another person to call in to place the order as i was already annoyed and irritated by the service and attitude given, apparently they also put the phone down on him
