I had the worst experience ever. I called the store more than 10 times with the number being constantly engaged. I finally got through on the 11th to 12th occassion when the call was answered by Shirley Ndabula who answered the phone rudely and told me that delivery was closed and this was 18:34, so I ask" why is delivery closed and she screams that they are very busy and hung up on my ear. With the frastration I drove there not understanding where customer service is. I get there and ask for the manager and she ignores me and after about 4 minutes she says he's out, so I ask for his number and she says no one in the store has his contact details and I must just wait till he comes. I place my order and while I wait I realized why my calls weren't being answered, it's cause she ignores the phone and then at some point she decided to answer and it sounded like she was speaking to a different race than mine as she was speaking english and she was so courteous towards the person. So I ask myself, is it a thing debonairs has towards customers or they just offer terrible customer service. They have scooters for deliver but they don't deliver and the scootters just park there.
