Yesterday I went to the FNB branch in Alberton to reverse a debit order&was told that it would be done today&this hasnt happened yet. My complaint is with the customer service agents. I used my airtime to enquire about the reversal& before I could give him my name he told me to hold while he checks my details on the system then after holding for 2 minutes he decided to ask for my card number of which I gave him then he told me that he's putting me through somewhere but then hung up the phone. This was a 5 minute call that cost me&still I've received no help. I called again&held on but the phone was hung up again. This is not the 1st time I've struggled with FNB&I'mhI'm hoping someone will get to the bottom of this.
