RMI
Complaint merely dismissed

After paying my mandatory fee to the RMI and expecting help from them all I got a terse response dismissing me. It left me with the distinct opinion that the RMI taking the side of the motor giant (NMI DSM Pinetown)... a joke, nobody should bother to pay and complain and expect their help in spite of the radio advert saying they are there to assist.

I am amazed and shocked.
