I was told my cheque that was owing to me for over a month was ready for collection at bedfordview branch. The principal dealer and manager were trying to sort out for weeks just to get a signature from the director as I was told. Finally I drove half an hour to get there only to see the amount was not even half of the correct amount! I had to leave the cheque and drive home. I especially arranged with them that today I will be coming and still they could not find the cheque. I even borrowed a car to get there. This was so inconvenient! The staff at Bedfordview are not a pleasure to deal with and are quite inefficient. The director needs 2 managers to convince him for weeks to sign a cheque! Shocking!
