I bought a brand new red i20 Motion last week & arranged in advance that the date of delivery must be on Valentines Day. Clarence was 1 hour late to meet me despite me taking 2 hours off work to meet. We had to cancel the appointment & the car was delivered a day late. He also got the alarm cost for my car wrong (R1000 extra on quote) & forgot to bring all docs for signing on delivery. The car booth jammed after 3 days of delivery. I was told to bring the car on Monday at 1pm to Bedfordview branch to fix immediately. The manager Michael Branders told me that all his staff are too busy to attend to my car despite me taking my work time to drive a new car from Roodeport to Bedfordview to fix a factory fault. Clarence insisted I collect him from Bruma first only to find I was brought there to sign the last few papers he forgot to bring the last time. All he needed was a lift to Bedfordview branch which he conveniently used me for on my time!! This guy obviously needs training. I then complained to the principal at Bruma & he arranged for the car to be collected & fixed. I had to insist on at least a full tank of petrol as some compensation for pathetic service. They showed no remorse
