On 28/09 i took my car in cos the radio was not working and the city safety. i was told they dont service - thats the first reason not to get a volvo - not convenient for customers. i was told on monday to leave it at home they will pick it up - later that day i get a call informing that they have an influx of centurion customers and cant service me til wed. i get a courtesy car from the sales manager, but a call to say the radio requires a software update which needs to come from sweden and takes 3wks. i need the radio for various reason and i have travelling to durban from jhb. without the radio the trip is not worth it. something as simple as a software update and as common is not available proves that this company will fail in this market and still has not learnt. if kia can overtake them it tells story. i was even told on saturday it could be a software update, if someone took 5min to test this i probably wouldnt be writing this. the car is good the service is bad. i will not make this mistake again and its worth it to pay the price for the bmw - as they take the inconvenience upon their shoulders and dont pass it to customers.
