3 months ago I took my bakkie in that's still under warranty. The warranty on my bakkie is 5 Years or 120 000km.
My bakkie had 105000 on when I took it in to Westvaal to check my factory fitted radio. The problem on the radio was that it did not eject the cd's.
According to westvaal they have to send my radio in for repairs and they told me that their will be no charges for the radio as it is still under warranty.
westvaal told me that my radio will take 3 weeks to repair. After 3 weeks I didn't heard anything from them, so I went to see them and the service dept told me that they made a mistake and the radio is not under warranty anymore. The warranty on the radio is only 3 Years.
They've told me that a now have to pay R500.00 to replace some kind of dust cover inside the radio. I've told them that i'm not going to pay the amount and that they should just send my radio back.
after 2 months I went to see the dealer principal, because I still not have my radio back.
After a day the service dept called me to say they will pay for repairs on my radio.
Since then I spoke to the Service manager and its more than 3 months know and I still don't have any radio in my bakkie.
