On the 28th of July I bought a radio combo at Diamond sound in Maponya mall could not fit it as the car was still at the panelbeaters, on the 31st of August I decided to fit it on to find that the usb is not working and it was not tested on the day of purchase as they didn't have a usb in store, now I took the radio back on the 5th of September and now the manager tells me that my radio needs to go for repairs and there's nothing he can do about the matter. I find this very wrong as its as if a bought a defective radio and now they're going to fix the radio instead of replacing it, I think its only fair to get a new radio as the one that was supplied was defeactive.
As far as i'm concerned Diamond radio doesn't treat their customers well and I don't i'll be buying any electronics from them anymore.
