I sent my sony radio for repairs as it was giving me problems. I had to consistently call them for an update only to be told that the repair agent has checked the radio and sees no problem with it. The "service manager" at the store said she would find out if I can get a new radio should they not be able to fix the radio. I called her back the next day only to be informed I must collect my radio in the same vondition I sent it in. Prior to this I sent my radio in for repairs in October.
