I bought a Sony system last year Nov 2013 in one of their branch in Soweto, and I have moved from there now currently staying in Johannesburg CBD. My radio has a problem and I believe its still under guarantee. I went in of their shops and I asked the lady to check and tell me what is the procedure to bring something to be repairs. She said as long its still under guarantee I can bring it to any nearest shop and it doesn't have to be Soweto, of which I did the following day but when I got there to leave my radio was a hustle even having spoken to her prior to everything. I sent my radio in Nov and its Dec now nobody has bothered to call me and update me. Today I went to the shop to find out what's happening they told me unfortunately they cant help me because no one is willing to help them since I never bought the radio in their shop and I have to take the radio. Mind you im paying this radio and at the moment its faulty and am not getting any help. PISSE OFF FOR DAYS
