No feedback on part

I am utterly disgusted by the service that I have received from Nissan. Our car went in over a Month ago now for a few repairs to the vehicle due to rattles and upholstery coming loose. Along with the problems was a loose drivers side door lock cover which they took off the vehicle. I was told that if they left the part on the car and it broke that the warranty would not cover it which was fine at that point. I was told that the new part would arrive in 3 weeks time. It has now been 5 weeks I have had no feedback from the dealer, I went in this morning and was told that head office had not ordered the part at all and could not give them a turn around time on when the part will arrive. I have on no less than 5 occasions already caught someone trying to break into the vehicle VIA the door lock. This is now becoming a huge security risk and leaving a bad taste in our mouth. We are now in the process of getting rid of the car and will not touch the Nissan brand ever again...
