Bought a brand new Tata Xenon in 2011, and this is when it started, did not receive my vehicle when I was supposed to, when it arrived, I had to take it to do all the extra work I had asked them to do? Then it took me 6 times taking my vehicle to Tata to sort on my center console that was not aligning properly. (6 TIMES). Then my alternator packs up, it takes them 4 days to repair. (4 days without a vehicle.) It then takes them over 5 months to replace my power steering pump pipes, and this after I had to follow up with them the whole time. Now my gearbox is giving me problems, and they advise 2 to 4 weeks? No courtesy vehicle, who can manage without a vehicle for 2 to 4 weeks, and the best part is, I use my vehicle for business purposes? The CEO of TATA SA does not return your messages? Why I ask, why would a company want to sell their product in SA, and have such shocking after sales. Needless to say, I will never purchase another Tata product in life. Still waiting for TATA SA to get back to me?
