Goodmorning i bought an audi in nov 2012, the car has given me no problems until july 2013, it was then taken to the dealer ship, because of the EPC warning light on. the dealership has been struggling to find a fault, so the car has been in and out with differant reasons why the light is on, on the 2 on september the car lost power and the accelerator stopped working while i was on the highway, the car was then towed to Audi, and has been there since. they have now changed the alternater bracket, something on the engine which had a crack, and the oil bracket, i was then told on monday the oil bracket they put in caused more problems and that the engine needs to be stripped and the engine crank housing needs to be replaced.
There is still no guarantees this will sort the problem, my concern is i still have to drive this car after so many things have been done, and that this is no longer a trustworthy car.
Audi SA have done nothing to assist.
cannot belive they allow people to drive unsfe vehicles with their name on it. They really dont have a care at all for customer service.
I strongly advise, if you are in the market, Audi should be your last choice.
