About 3 months ago we bought a unloader valve for a Tata 713S truck we fitted it for a customer and about a week ago the truck came in and the valve was not working at all we had to block it off just so that the truck could move from the road to the farm. We informed TTS in polokwane where we bought the valve from, they came back to us with the answer that Tata SA will not claim that part because we are not a Tata workshop. This is rubbish we are a AA workshop and RMI accredited. All the other vehicle manufacturers carry a 12 month warranty on the parts. I need a answer from Tata or I will go further with it.
