A delivery was arranged for today for my ABSA credit card. I was clearly informed of the required documents, one being the LAST THREE MONTHS ORIGINAL BANK STATEMENTS.
Very Rude Driver arrived and I provided the relevant documentation. Was then informed that I have to have September bank statement as well. I was baffled as to how I am to provide this as we have not got to the end of the month...
Very Rude Driver was not prepared to wait while I called the call centre and walked out as he was "TOO BUSY" (disgusting service)
After calling the call centre I was informed they require a bank statement over the counter showing 1st Sept to 17 Sept. I am completely baffled by this as well as the call centre agent. I was then told they will re-schedule. I made it clear I need to know exact time for delivery so I can stand at the bank the Day of Delivery for this silly request.
