I have recently experienced absolutely shocking service from the drivers at UTi Mounties division. Not only is this the second time that I have made myself available to accept a delivery, but this is the second time that I have received a disgusting attitude from their driver.
According to their policy, the driver is supposed to call 30 mins prior to the delivery (which has not happened once) in order to make sure that you are available. I stepped out for 5 mins and returned the driver's call within 10 mins of him contacting me. He told me that he had already left the premises and would not come back (for the second time), when I told him that it had only been 10 mins and he had to turn around and come back, he got very aggressive with me and told me that he was not coming back. I informed him that that was unacceptable and he very rudely put the phone down in my ear!!!
In the meantime, I still have not received my card and will incur the service charges for the month.
UTi Mounties - I have no idea how you guys run your business, but I am completely disgusted with the service you provide and will not be making use of this service moving forward!!!
