My card was supposed to be delivered today. I received confirmation that it would be from the bank arranged to take time off to ensure I was here. This morning some calls me and advises that they are delivering on Monday which I said was NOT acceptable, it was due today, I lost valuable time and I wanted this delivery. I was informed I would be called back. About 3 hours later the bank mails me querying why after throwing my toys out the cot with them is delivery arranged for Wednesday NEXT WEEK?? I responded that I had not arranged this. I called the Mounties Division and was told it was showing on their system and they would get the agent to call me as I wanted to know when exactly did I arrange that? That was more than 2 hours ago. I then obtained a Supervisors e-mail address and mailed her/him. I am amazed by the sheer incompetence and inefficiency of a company that brags of it's accomplishments. Their customer service is a total joke to say the least. I now see I have more chance of receiving a miracle than my card today and am very, very upset! I seriously feel the bank needs to re-consider their use of UTI and I intend to take this matter as far as possible
