What documents are required

I tried to change my credit card limits. Which discovery required some documents. Either irp5, pay slip or bank statements.

I have emailed my irp5 and pay slip but for some reason, discovery could not open the email.
I then faxed my bank statement and emailed my bank statement. Yet they declined it, as they did not get the correct documentation.

I sent them an email today, requesting what documents are required.
The response: I have provided bank statements only.

The requirements was either irp5 OR payslip OR bank statement.

If they received the bank statement, what else do u'll require?
