No assistance from the Division

On the 4th of Sep 2013 @ 22h40 I got a SMS from Std Bank asking me to call their division. When I called I was informed two transfers were made from my cheque account via the USA. I asked that both my credit card and cheque card be stopped. An early morning call from Std bank asked where I wanted my new cards delivered and this is where Std bank's awesome service stopped! I visited the Umhlanga Ridge branch and received a temporary card, and again called the line. After holding on for more than 20 minutes an agent informed me that an investigator would call me. I later got a call from a very rude investigator who promised to send me an affidavit to complete but after waiting more than 24h I had to call again and only then was the affidavit sent to me as my email address was taken down incorrectly. I returned the completed affidavit on the 12th Sept and on the 16th I got an email from the division confirming that they have received my documentation and I will receive feedback within 10 working days. Today is 13 days after my submission was confirmed and when I called this morning I was informed that no feedback is available yet.
