Have tried 4 times to get my card statement emailed to my gmail and epic fail each time. Poor call centre staff are baffled and have no answers for me. Seems to be Striata's system doing it. How am I supposed to pay if I never know what to pay and don't have the time to %$@& phone a call centre each month.
Can't get it right to send to a gmail address??!! This is my extra private card for business related expenses and now wanting to change to another bank. I bank with FNB and wanted this card outside of FNB, boy is it a desert experience outside of FNB!
ABSA your chance at trying to impress me to use ABSA more is an epic fail!! If you get the email statement to work you might just keep me based on the hassle factor of changing to someone new. Over to you...
