Hello i have small complaint, i went to gm in durban mobeni, i was not happy with the service, i went to spares counter, to find out for my isuzu 300tdi auto, 2003 model, i needed another coded key, so i told i dont have service book, the locksmith told me he needed the pin code to program spare key, so i waited gm, the guy told me R650 to email head office, to request the code, i mean what is this? thats on a piece of paper, that comes standard on the service book, you charge me R650, this is not on, how can gm charge R650 just to email head office, supply my vin number, to get the pin code to program spare key? agents is charging over R1500, i agree for that, but not 650 to email and a pin code, just cause after maket locksmith is doing it for R450 with new coded key
