My Bluebean credit card's limit was reduced due to non payment, The reason for non payments was as follows:
1. I asked when Standard Bank called that the statements be emailed,
2. I only received my first statement VIA POST on the 22nd on April, (which was statement #2, I have no idea where statement #1 dissapeared to!
3. After looking through all of the brochures that were sent with the card, searching google and calling the call centre 3 TIMES! I was informed by your staff to add a Standard bank Credit card to my ABSA bank beneficiaries, It did not work, so I called again, and was told the same thing after stressing that it doesnt work, i tried again, eventually 5 days later, I managed to work out that I do not add a standard bank credit card, but a BLUEBEAN credit card to my PRE LISTED beneficiaries on ABSA, I did this and paid R700 on the 27th April. My amount due was R688.
I have called te number on the letter 0861 112 807, and guess what! They cant help me, I have been transferred to 6 different divisions after explaining my problem EVERY TIME, I am still on hold now...
WHO CAN HELP!!!??? Why must I now have no credit due to negligence on bluebeans side? This is NOT ok.
