Hello i got approved for second credit card gold, i currently have silver credit card with absa, the service was ok, since i got approved for gold credit card, i got a call from lady absa call centre, she was nice and explain everything to me, i was happy, she told me to bring i d and proof of residence when you go to the bank to collect your card, the day i got sms i went the following day to pick up my card at galleria mall, absa bank, i waited one hour, then finally reach the counter, lady tells me, why never bring payslip,? i told the lady i currently own a credit card with absa, no one informed about payslip, when collecting new card, just i d and proof residence, so i left the bank, i return the next day.it was a very long Q, lady saw me, said, u must talk to manager ortherwise wait 3 hours, i have no problem with the lady, what kind of service is this, i am not despret for another credit card, i understand banks get busy, i am sure absa galleria can make sepret counter for card collections, every day i must leave work and go collect a card, fuel dose not come for free.absa can cancel my new gold credit card, i am very up set with the service
