NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER

I am a owner of a Kia K 2700 Reg Number ZWV572GP which was involved in an accident on the 18.07.2013.
The vehicle went to Dent Tech in Strijdom Park contact number 0117922291/92 contact person Hannes.
There where a lot of miscommunication and delays about the parts delivery between yourself and the factory and the panel beater.
I did speak to Monica Slabbert which is suppose to be a customer relations manager but with all due respect I think she is in the wrong position as she turned the whole story around and was very rude.
Now the delay with your delayed parts delivery becomes an expensive exercise for my company as I have to hire a bakkie in order to continue with my business. The Insurance only covers three weeks and I have to pay the balance.
By the time my vehicle is gone be ready we are looking close to 8 weeks because of parts problems.
I am sorry to say but this is not acceptable
I have spoken to Brendan and his Manager Feranie at Kia South Africa a week ago no response what so ever
This is my second K 2700 and I do have to buy some more bakkies in the future but I don't think that I will support your brand in the future.
