After a long struggle with my insurance, the insurance agreed to pay out. The arrangement was that my insurance will pay Wesbank, Wesbank in turn would then pay the panel beater. Arrangements were made that the vehicle will be repaired using second hand parts. All spears needed will be purchased from scrapyards, the panel beater does not have an account with the scrapyards, thus all the parts needs to be bought cash. I have asked Wesbank to release the moneys for the parts to me or to the panel beater, from where the money for the labor will be paid to the panel beater once the vehicle is repaired and inspected by Wesbank. I have not had use of the vehicle for a year, I am still paying monthly installments, as specified in my contract with Wesbank. My request has been with Wesbank since /- September last year. After numerous phone calls / emails to Wesbank I was promised that one of the senior managers will contact me, which was yesterday (23/01/2013), but still no response from a Wesbank senior manager. What means do I have to go to in order to get a response? My request is for the money to purchase the parts. The panel beater has been waiting for an order number from Wesbank.
