After sales service is appalling

On the 5th August, I was involved in an accident in my Kia Sorento 2013. The panel beater short received the 2 airbags for the front seats which were ordered from Kia Boksburg. Repairs were completed as far as they could go, and Jerome from Kia Boksburg kept saying 1 week for delivery of the airbags. After the 3rd, 1 week answer received, I investigated and spoke to Warren the spares manager, who cannot tell me definitely when they will receive the stock. So, after 4 weeks of hired vehicles through my insurance, I have since had to hire a vehicle at my own expense as the panel beaters courtesy vehicle was already booked, and still no concrete answer on the delivery of the parts, I asked Kia for a courtesy vehicle, only to be told that they won't give me one because the parts are not standard stock items. Sorry!! are airbags not standard in all their vehicles?? It is now the 23rd October, and i still have no concrete answer on when the stock of airbags will be received from either Kia Boksburg or the Customer Care Dept (complaint lodged) My wife and myself both drive Kia's and I have gotten 2 of my friends to buy them, but after the service received, I will hang my head in shame
