First service and bad experience

Bought a car with the service plan from this location. when i took my car for service, they tell me that they are unable to get hold of the company handling service plans. This information was never mentioned when i bought service plan. I am very disappointed that I had to go collect my car unserviced. Apparently the company (Warranty Solutions) responsible for issuing authorisation prior to services being conducted are not available. The phone continuously rings but no one is picking is up.

This is really upsetting, so wish they can improve on their customer service. It goes without a say that they need to ensure that they have all the ways of contacting their sub-contractors.
