NO ASSISTANCE WITH PANELBEATER/ CARHIRE

I was involved in an accident on the 14 march 2013 and by the 13 April the panel beater said they do not have all the parts so repairs on my car have not started yet. They were waiting for parts from Audi Killarney. Now I fail to understands why it can take 2 months just waiting for parts from a motor manufacturer that is in South Africa. According to the panel beater the parts only arrived on the 29/04, 03/05 and 08/05. Even today three months after the accident the panel beater cannot tell me when they will be done. According to initial reply from the panel beater the car was badly damaged and should have been a w/off damadge is R174 000. AON keeps advising me to speak to the repairer and take no responsibility from there side to assist there clients. My husband went to view the progress today and still we do not know when I will get my car back. AON also refuses to extend my car hire and advised me to speak to the panel beater for a loan car! So AON's responsibility ends once they have authorised a claim. I am left stranded without a car and no end in sight of when my life can return back to normal. What is happening to my car and the loan car from the panel beater?
