My car has been with the panel beater for over 3 months and the panel beater still haven't done anything to the repairs of my car. I want my vehicle moved to another panel beater as silver star is not willing to repair my car. I have been told the same story over and over again that the accessors forgot to include some parts on the original quotation. Now the panel beaters are using the strike as an excuse, meanwhile parts should had been ordered long time ago. I need a car arranged as soon as possible as it is not my problem that the assessors missed some of the parts. I haven't been getting regular update from Eunice who suppose to be my repair consultant. I don't know why I'm getting such horrible service from this company.
