At end of November 2013 I was in an accident-my vehicle only 3 weeks old. Dent Tech was appointed Panel Beater (approved Renault body repairer). Problems encountered RENAULT (back order parts & festive season). Back order parts arrived on 24Dec'13 - no help! I collected my vehicle on 7th January with a few faults- I returned my vehicle a week later. The faults were attended to and they very kindly provided me with a courtesy vehicle. Unfortunately the courtesy vehicle was terrible on fuel consumption. Once again I was faced with the problem of Renault parts being on back order (2-3 weeks waiting period from France). Due to the fuel consumption of courtesy vehicle Raymond advised best would be to collect my vehicle and to return it once parts arrived, which I did. Raymond and Jacques were made aware of the fuel consumption of the courtesy vehicle. They very kindly re-imbursed me half of the fuel expenses incurred the past week, for which I am grateful. My concerns were attended to promptly, with courtesy & efficiently. Though I CAN'T say the same about Renault SA! Customers RARELY express satisfaction - I feel when due one should express appreciation ~ THANK YOU Raymond & Jacques!
