I placed a order from a great online store about a month ago, they use DHL to courier their goods, at first I thought great dhl offered me a tracking service, I monitored the package everyday, all of a sudden the package status was "at JHB facility" for days, I phoned the guys and they said they don't know where the parcel is they investigating, from there it went on for days and it has been evident that the parcel is gone weather they investigate or not who took it its gone the guy Sibusiso kept saying let me know what the next step is the next day to claim the parcel, yet its been weeks later and this "investigation" is still going on and i'm waiting for my parcel, I asked to be in contact with his superior but it seems he doesn't want me to, they want pictures of the content which I sent them then pictures of the packaging my online store consultant provided a description but they insist on pictures its been a month and I still don't have any claim or package this is terrible service, first sort out your clients then investigate your drivers and take necessary actions, that's not my business I want my pay-out so my store can send me a new product!!! you DHL
