Disappointed with they way in which my order was handled. Delivered incorrectly, requested to re-dispatch: was informed twice that I will be contacted, nothing happened, phoned numerous times only to be told that parcel is on it's way to address provided. enquired a gain today, only to be told that parcel will be send to my Po box and that parcel was still in JHB. Ridiculous! Frustrating!! was given a tracking nr, when entering into Fedex parcel tracking web, it tells me that tracking nr is not valid. Call centre agent can not tell me when the parcel will be delivered. Poor, poor service! 1000923154, tracking nr given: KL00559336. order date 28 Nov. I can understand if there were delays with the courier company, but this is a result of poor administration from your company!
