I was sent a package from Hong Kong via DPEX Worldwide to be delivered to me in Durban and upon tracking my package on their website I found that the package had an incomplete/incorrect address. I then tried to contact Skynet to rectify this (on Friday 17/05/2013) and was able to speak to someone to have the address corrected. Today (Monday, 20/05/2013) I have been trying to contact someone at Skynet to find out if the correct address had been updated. For the past 5 hours I have been trying. Calling the contact centre I spoke to Priscilla who put me on hold and subsequently dropped my call 4 times. Other operators took my details down and promised someone from customer care will contact me (this occurred 3 times though the day) but I am still unable to find out the status of my parcel. The online parcel tracking had not been updated since the parcel arrived in Durban 4 days ago.
