Car rented on 1 Jul13 I'VE STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED

I rented a car on the 1 Jul13 through Peugeot as my car had gone in for extensive servicing, what happened next is an ongoing fight with their finance area to get my fuel deposit refunded.
To date (30 Aug13) two months later they are still giving me the run around, I have now dealt with Riolo Jood (debtor manager) Karabo Malete and Lilian.
Summary of events:
Car was returned in Jul13, they then called and said I owe them the fuel deposit, I then provided proof that I was debited for the funds (I did not have a copy of POS device slip as it ran out of paper). They then promise to resolve, I then got Riola involved who stated there is an issue with the POS device and I would get my refund soonest, that was two weeks ago. I then got another call from Tempest this week saying I owed them R780, which I knew was wrong as I was awaiting my refund, after a Samantha promised to get Riola to call I had to again call today to get it resolved.
All I received is empty promises of getting my refund, no one seems to take ownership of this issue and while they resolve their internal issues the customer is left out of pocket.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!
