Poor Service Levels

Since arrival of my goods in SA (25/08/2013), I was forced to make contact with your call centre on a daily basis to follow up on the status of my shipment. Payment was done on the 27th of August 2013 and proof was submitted [Email Removed]

This morning at 8:30AM I had contacted the call centre on (011) 390 3274 to confirm receipt of proof of payment as well as to establish the status of my shipment. The response received was that goods will be ready for collection in 3 hours. I had even left my cell contact number as the shipment is required urgently. More than 3 hours have elapsed now & no one has contacted me. After contacting the call center once again, I have been advised that the proof of payment was only emailed to customs today and that I have to wait a further 24 hours for the goods to be cleared then only will delivery commence.

I am at the point of frustration with Skynet and the level of service received is unacceptable. It amazes me that an international parcel arrives in South Africa within 2 days from China and takes 3 to 4 days or more to be delivered locally. The level of service experienced in comparison to other express companies is appalling.
