I paid 925 EURO for an express shipment where I was promised by TNT in Europe that it would take only 3 days for delivery. Today is the end of day 6, and still no delivery. I do not have enough words to describe my frustration as the complete lack in service and communication is horrendous!! I have to constantly follow up to find out where is my invoice to pay the duties, what is the status of my shipment, what is the problem / hold up. This is completely unacceptable. I requested an update this morning from 3 of your people (I am happy to supply their names, should you even care) and did still not receive any response from them. And last week, when I asked one of your employees why they did not contact me regarding payment of the duties, she clicked her tong, and sighed at me!!! For goodness sake!! What happened to service???
