I was involved in a motor vehicle collision. On request of my insurance my vehicle was send to the Car Lab in Menlyn. The Car Lab assured me it will take about 7 days to fix the vehicle. It is now the 7th week and my vehicle is still not fixed!! In fact it is worse, there are more damage to the vehicle; the front mirror scratched, passenger door rubber lose, noise from the tapped, front passenger quarter panel still not aligned properly, new marks on the bonnet, just to name a few of the problems. Sjuannelle from the car lab made several promises. I've tried to contact the manager Mr J Le Roux but he is always busy or in a meeting?? You can leave messages but they just never phone back. Please do not take your car to the Car Lab in Menlyn!!! It is really shocking service!!!
