I was tracking my shipment I realised it was in the "clearance event" status for too long, I then phoned them asking why I have not been contacted. One of their call center agents took my details and gave me this reference number 11/233180900. A call center agent called us to tell us that the parcel is there and its awaiting clearance. So we need to pay an amount of R474.52. After we submitted the payment, we contacted them and the call center agent told me that the parcel was not yet in the country, she will check for, and I spoke to another agents who said my parcel is already there and its awaiting clearance, i should give them 8 hours. Today 12.12.2013 i received a call saying that my parcel only left Hong kong this morning.

Why are are given different information. This is an urgent shipment which should have arrived on Tuesday. Will DHL Explain why different information is given to clients and No one has a straight answer?
