Parcel was dispatched on 09 May 2013 - OVERNIGHT EXPRESS BY 10H30 Attempted delivery on 13 May 2013. Received parcel on 14 May 2013 - at 13:30, after we repeatedly phone to enquire when parcel will be delivered.
Email to the "Seniors? " Hazel and Michelle of Consultant JEMIMA delivered nothing - no response, reaction, explanation or acknowledgement. Email to Operations Manager Ralph Solomons still unanswered after 24 hours.
As a result of total lack of service by Skynet, I had additional international courier expenses as I had to courier documents to another destination as the people who needed it, left the Country very early (07:00) on 13-05-2013.
I hereby request an explanation, refund of the Skynet courier fees as well as reimbursement of the extra courier expenses (R345.15) due to the fact that I had to courier documents to another destination because Skynet did not deliver.
